What types of jobs do you handle most often?

 

We do a lot of painting, TV Mounts, Furniture Assemblies, basic home maintenance and "honey do" lists. 

 

Are you insured?

 

Yes.

 

Do you offer free estimates?

 

Yes, we can offer an estimate digitally as well in most cases. 

 

What are your rates and is there a minimum service charge?

 

For most projects, we have a minimum service fee of $165 which covers travel and two hours labor. Each additional hour thereafter is $55/hr. 

 

How soon can I get on the schedule?

 

We have a very fast turnaround and can usually get you scheduled same day, or within a day or two. Larger projects are subjective. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Cash, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Credit/Debit Cards (3% surcharge on cards), Chime. 

 

Do you guarantee your work? What’s your warranty policy?

 

Yes, we stand by our work and we offer a 90 day guarantee. We will repair work that is not caused from negligence or abuse at no charge. 

 

Do you provide materials, or should I buy them first?

 

We ask that our customers do not purchase materials first in most cases. This is to prevent confusion, double purchases, wrong items being purchased etc. We are happy to use customer owned supplies on a case to case basis. 

 

Can you pick up materials from the store for me?

 

Yes, in most cases we will purchase materials after assessing the work. We purchase the items, and provide a store receipt for those items at the end of the job, and that total will be added to the total balance due. We do not upcharge materials. In most cases, we purchase materials from Lowes as we have an account with them but can make exceptions for special items. 

 

Do you haul away debris or old appliances/furniture? Are there disposal fees?

 

Yes, our junk removal fee is $180 per 4'x4'x8' trailer. If it fits, it ships. This includes travel, labor and disposal fees. We do not accept hazardous materials, batteries, or concrete. 

 

Do you offer same‑day or emergency service?

 

Yes, we often do same day work if scheduling allows. Emergency services after hours or on Sunday will be assessed an "emergency fee". 

 

What should I do to prepare the work area (pets, furniture, parking, etc.)?

 

We appreciate a clean and clutter free work environment. This prevents accidents, damage to property, and allows us to work most efficiently. We do not mind pets as long as they do not interfere with the work, and are not dangerous. 

 

Will you move heavy furniture or large items as part of the job?

 

Yes, we frequently move/haul heavy items such as furniture or appliances. 

 

Do you install customer‑provided fixtures (lights, faucets, fans, TVs)?

 

Yes, so long as the item is new and in the box. We do not install "used" fixtures as they are prone to problems, failures, or missing parts and pieces. 

 

What mounting hardware do you use for TVs/shelves, and what are the weight limits?

 

All mounting hardware is subjective to the job. We will discuss your options before installation. 

 

How high can you work (ladder height/roof work)?

 

Two story homes are the limit. We have a 28' ladder which reaches most second story windows/siding etc. 

 

Do you do plumbing/electrical beyond light replacements and fixture swaps?

 

No, for extensive plumbing and electrical work, a specialty electrician or plumber's license is required by the State of Arkansas. 

 

Do you offer painting—interior, exterior, or touch‑ups? How do you protect floors and furniture?

 

Yes, we frequently do small and large painting jobs, including touch ups. We ask that furniture be removed from the work space beforehand, and we protect floors and appliances with plastic, paper, and drop cloths. 

 

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

 

We will reschedule a job with at least a few hours notice with no penalty. Continuous cancellations or rescheduling become problematic and you may be dropped from our schedule.
