We ask that our customers do not purchase materials first in most cases. This is to prevent confusion, double purchases, wrong items being purchased etc. We are happy to use customer owned supplies on a case to case basis.
Yes, in most cases we will purchase materials after assessing the work. We purchase the items, and provide a store receipt for those items at the end of the job, and that total will be added to the total balance due. We do not upcharge materials. In most cases, we purchase materials from Lowes as we have an account with them but can make exceptions for special items.
Yes, our junk removal fee is $180 per 4'x4'x8' trailer. If it fits, it ships. This includes travel, labor and disposal fees. We do not accept hazardous materials, batteries, or concrete.
Yes, we often do same day work if scheduling allows. Emergency services after hours or on Sunday will be assessed an "emergency fee".
We appreciate a clean and clutter free work environment. This prevents accidents, damage to property, and allows us to work most efficiently. We do not mind pets as long as they do not interfere with the work, and are not dangerous.
Yes, we frequently move/haul heavy items such as furniture or appliances.
Yes, so long as the item is new and in the box. We do not install "used" fixtures as they are prone to problems, failures, or missing parts and pieces.
All mounting hardware is subjective to the job. We will discuss your options before installation.
Two story homes are the limit. We have a 28' ladder which reaches most second story windows/siding etc.
No, for extensive plumbing and electrical work, a specialty electrician or plumber's license is required by the State of Arkansas.
Yes, we frequently do small and large painting jobs, including touch ups. We ask that furniture be removed from the work space beforehand, and we protect floors and appliances with plastic, paper, and drop cloths.
We will reschedule a job with at least a few hours notice with no penalty. Continuous cancellations or rescheduling become problematic and you may be dropped from our schedule.
